Workflow Steps

Grant read-only access to your PDF folder
Open Cowork and select the folder containing your PDFs. Start with read-only access to prevent accidental changes.

Extract content from each PDF
Cowork reads each PDF and extracts key text, tables, and data points.

Identify themes and propose report structure
Cowork finds patterns across all PDFs and proposes a report outline.

Draft the full report
Cowork writes the complete report, citing source PDFs for each section.

Save the report
Save as a markdown file in your designated output folder.
