How to connect

  1. Open Claude Settings → Connectors
  2. Find Freshdesk in the directory
  3. Provide your Freshdesk domain and authorize via OAuth
  4. Start using Freshdesk commands in any Cowork conversation

Default permissions

  • Read access to tickets, contacts, and knowledge base
  • Write access for ticket updates requires approval
  • No access to admin or billing settings
